Now, being morning, I can tell you that even though I ate that dessert and it was full of carbs that it was made outside the US indeed did mean the labeling was true and it was not full of seed oils.  While I did get somewhat of an HRV hit from the booze (and the live booze drinking with Sarah after I recorded this) it was nowhere near what the "buttered" crackers did and that was with just ONE beer.

Its the goddamned seed oils - get them all out of what you eat.
