This is what EVERY nation must adopt: Every person and entity that (1) decides on a warring act or (2) enables it to occur is a valid target in all cases.

In years gone by the King got on his horse and led the troops.  Yes, he had the best sword, the best armor, and his horse had the best barding.  After all he had the most money.

Nonetheless a lucky archer from the other side (or just a really good one) might get him in the eye slot of his helmet, and if that happened he was dead just as certainly as were any of his subjects.

Rosie the Riveter was a legitimate military target.  Why?  Because without Rosie there were no ships and planes to use in military action against Germany or Japan.  Therefore killing Rosie and blowing up the plant were both legitimate wartime acts.  That didn't happen because neither Germany or Japan could reach her -- or the factory.

This is not true today.

It was true on the outside of Tokyo during WWII which we firebombed -- who do you think was making the Zeros that were shooting up and bombing our guys?

If Joe Biden, every member of the United States Congress (which must approve every penny spent in the United States), and its military contractors, provide Ukraine with weapons used to attack Russia then Joe Biden, every member of the United States Congress, every employee of the Pentagon (directly and indirectly) and all military contractors and their employees are all legitimate military targets.

But for every single one of them Ukraine could not use American weapons to fire upon Russians.

I demand this change because I want less war and the way to make it happen is to make the risk personal for all those who engage in, promote, fund and control it.

We all die the same way.

Stop pretending you have some right to cause others to die and not take the risk of that happening to you in return.

Geneva, in this regard, was wrong -- and it must be abdicated by all civilized nations, all of which have a reason to want less war and the only way to get it is to do exactly this.
