@Happyapricot - Back when insurgencies were a thing one of the groups figured out how to make us spend $1m missiles on stupid.
Take old microwave, put a stick in the door switch, attach to long extension cord, point in desired direction with the door open and turn it on.
Our munitions would identify that as a potential "radar" and blow up the $50 decrepit piece of shit sitting in the street with nobody within a quarter mile of it.
At a cost of a million smackers a crack.
