You will have to take my word for it, but I actually went back and re-read that message to see where the differentiation was made, because I would swear I typed USSR, not Russia. In any case I did mean it to say USSR, as I absolutely agree that Stalins actions are not reflected in Russia of today, and did not mean to imply such.
