On the depopulation being a deliberate strategy. A while back I posted something to the effect of, this doesn't pass the logic test, because we are in a debt-based consumer economy. You kill off even 10% of the consumers, and the whole thing collapses.
There would need to be something lined up to replace the current economic system, or else the collapse would suck in everyone including the elites and their yachts, which as you say don't run so great without all kind of just-in-time replacement parts.
Actual loss in USA population due to non-deliberate factors, i.e. people not having kids combined with excess mortality due in part to jabs is IMO still a distinct probability.
