So a question to the forum members on my situation:

I haven't told HR that my doctor couldn't sign the form yet. I feel like I'm under the radar right now, and maybe shouldn't pop my head up.

On the other hand, they did tell me to let them know the results of my doctor visit - but that last communication with them on the topic was in September.

Any advice, thoughts, are greatly appreciated.

FWIW, I'm a top performer. If I close the business I think I can in the next couple weeks I will be THE top performer for the year. I am expecting to have to tell them to drop this crap or fuck off at some point, maybe now's the time...
