Have you seen the new NFL COVID policy? The one where to play without being vaccinated you have to take/pass a COVID test every day and can't do anything with the team?

Somehow I do not think a COVID free test or previous case will get you out of what will be the USA COVID passport requirement.

I have always had the feeling that if I visited Europe i'd never leave. Been to all but one of the States (North Dakota) and seen Canada and Mexico. Although France is sure making an argument for never visiting... LOL

At first it was bringing me down but lately it has upped my motivation to pay off any and all debt, become as self sufficient as possible and get the fuck out of dodge.

The further I am away from any urban areas when this shit storm lets loose the better.

Unfortunately I had anticipated that I would have more than a few months, possibly even a year... I can almost see the clouds on the horizon now, I may not even have three months, let alone a whole year. Additional lock downs are coming and as far as I can tell there will be a serious attempt to suffocate the functionality of the unvaccinated.

Talked to an ER/ICU nurse who works at the local hospital, part of the Wellstar system. She did say that they'd recently seen an uptick in covid cases at the ER, and more interestingly that 4 of the 6 admitted into ICU had both shots. Didn't inquire further, but no one in her home had has the jab.

1) Cases and new case positive rates are continuing to increase. The fifth consecutive weekly increase for both categories. The rate of increase has slowed but only very slightly. It looks like 3 weeks minimum before the curve starts to peak, based on current trajectories.

2) Cases are increasing among all age groups, even those over 60, where the vaccination rate is 80%!

3) The vaccination rate among "non-hispanic blacks" is 19%. Good luck with the optics on mandatory shots and/or vaccine passports.

4) Deaths declined despite the increase in cases.

5) Really interesting, but I'm not sure what to make of it: Among younger folks, there was an uptick in cases immediately after they started getting the shots in significant numbers, then it went back down. Among the older, this initial uptick never happened, but the increase sure is happening now.

What we know based on this data: Fewer people are dying, and the vaccines are NOT working to prevent cases.

What isn't known: Distribution of cases among vaxed vs unvaxed. It would be REALLY helpful for know the vaccination dates with this data.

I think critical mass is coming soon. Probably within the next 30 days. Other states will catch up to where Florida is now, and Florida will either still be increasing in cases, or hit a peak before falling. The Deep State went "all in" on the shots. They don't work. They know it. Now we know it. Everybody will know it in 30 days. The data will just be too overwhelming to deny. And we are not even talking side effects and potential ADE.

So a healthy (pun intended) control group will definitely exist.

Another data point (Illinois): 47 deaths in the last week from the China virus. 8 were "fully vaccinated". So 17% of deaths in the last week were "fully vaccinated". 47% of the state is considered "fully vaccinated".

Of course, the "talking point" headline is that only 2% of deaths since January 1 have occurred in the vaccinated. But last week's data shows that number up to 17%. The trend is obvious.

Just today I took my youngest son to the dentist. The dentist's office requires a mask but my son and I didn't wear one. California hasn't had a mask mandate since middle of June. I'm NEVER wearing one again. Anyway, the receptionist tells me I have to wear mask. I give her a stern NO and ask her if she believes in witches and boogeymen and to check under her desk for one. Long story short, I didn't wear mask even when in the room with the dentist and my son. F*** them, I done with this s***! I am not sick and there is no asymptomatic spread. I'm tired of the fairy tales. They didn't do anything to me, I stood my ground. I don't care anymore if it's private property.

Please, please, just don't comply anymore to these bulls**** arbitrary rules. They aren't going to hold you down and put a mask or force the jab into you. If they threaten your job or your kids' schooling f*** them. Let them fire you and kick your kids out of school. Do you want you and your kids living in a tyranny for the rest of your and their lives? We MUST fight back!

Imagine if 50%, 20%, 10% or even 5% did this...? Could the economy even function if they forcibly fired this many people? Heck no! We have the power and it is time for us to tell them to shove it. @Uwe: I think it's still too early to know how high the vaccination rate will go. Some proportion of those not vaccinated are adamantly opposed (most everyone here seems to fall into that category). However, a lot of people who haven't taken the plunge yet are just moderately concerned about possible side effects, afraid of shots in general, or don't perceive themselves to be at risk. I would expect that coercive measures like what we see ramping up could and will lead to a lot of them being vaccinated.

If it gets down to 10%-20% of adults who are holding out the dynamic could shift in favor of something like passports.

Adolescents with myocarditis briefly made it into the mainstream media in a way that had not happened with older people, even though CDC's own presentation showed elevated myocarditis rates among vaccinated men up into the 40s. If they approve vaccinations for younger kids, six-year-olds having heart attacks will probably get more attention.
