I suspect one reason young people are rejecting the vaccines is because they are generally exposed to a variety of information online rather than television.

TNDOH today - Same deal. Their dashboard is settable to ANY date; from that, trivially, no, 97% of the hospitalizations are not unvaccinated. Set the "date" to May 1st (reasonably the first "all available" date + 2 weeks, at which point adults could freely access it and be allegedly "protected."

No, there were not OVER SIX THOUSAND people that went to the hospital for Covid-19 since May 1st. Never mind that not everyone who wanted a shot got it at once. In other words, the **** lied.

And why did Lee come out and say "our job is to advise, yours is to choose?" Perhaps his neck is itching, at least politically, and he knows damn well what happens if the pattern we're seeing elsewhere (e.g. Malta, Israel, etc) comes HERE and starts horse****ing all the people that were TOLD or FORCED to get (not offered) the jabs.

@Goldbrick - That is probably in the ballpark right now, but it's a moving target and, as I pointed out back before we started this stupidity it is the expected result of attempting to use non-sterilizing vaccines in an active outbreak.

Speaking of humor, I found this story quite amusing this a.m. Here we have a memo from the fully-vaccinated president of Indiana University. Get a load of this:

I don't wish for people to be sick, however, I have reached the point where I am glad the schedule appears to be accelerated. I am a strong person, but the relentless assault on the unvaccinated over this long period of mania has taken a toll on me. It is affecting my mood and productivity.

So the pressure on the rest of us to get the vaccine should be over by Labor Day Weekend. Is this the way to read this? If so, my wife and I will crack open a bottle of 'Blue Diamond" sake (Nihonshu) to celebrate on Labor Day weekend!

We go to the (Oregon) coast on holiday the third week of August. I suspect that's when the hoo haa over this in the news ought to be at its peak.

The Israeli prime minister's comments are self contradictory. If the vaccines work, why would the 8 million Israelis who have been vaccinated have to stay home to avoid the 1 million who have not been vaccinated? Gee, I thought people took a vaccine to make themselves immune to a disease.

Once it becomes evident that the jabs are not stopping infections and hospitalization -- it's not side effects but DIRECT EFFECTS from infection -- the Overton Window on the jabs slams closed.

No way to get it open again either; nobody's going to believe it a second time.

That's why they're lying now @Abelardlindsey - they KNOW what the data shows; hell, they probably have better than I do.

As an example the TNDOH tried to run the "98% of hospitalized are not vaccinated."

That's a trivially proved lie since they say roughly 200 vaccinated were hospitalized; well, that means that 6,600 non-vaccinated were for Covid. Uh, since when? Only 22,715 have EVER been hospitalized in this state with Covid all the way back to March of 2020.

So let's go back two months -- on that day 22,029 had been hospitalized.

We can do math right? So it's not 3% vaccinated in the hospital over that reasonable period of time, it's about 30%. ONE IN THREE.

Now try to tell people to go get it when THAT is the number you have to present to them. You might still get some takers.

What happens when it flips the OTHER WAY?

Interesting to me about this is that Italy at least recognizes that recovered Covid sufferers get a green pass. It's a nice country. Maybe a visit is called for?

Just heard one of those little teasers on the radio for the evening news, to paraphrase: with vaccination rates dropping, will employers start mandating the vaccine. This begs the question, if enough people hold out, who is going to actually produce goods and services? Wall Street and Wall Street Bets types? I really hope more people wise up to this scam and stand their ground. Unfortunately, I fear it's going the other way.

The control group will always consist of at least 2 .. me being one of them.

Question for those that might know more.. if a person had the coof say 18 months ago .. would it be worth getting an antibody test done now or would nothing show up after that much time?

I expect the control group in the United States, thankfully, to be large. Most of the remaining unvaccinated, judging from those that I know, would not accurately be described as "hesitant."

Karl, I pray you are right about this but I worry you are not. Query: what will it take to "become evident?" Shouldn't the data from the UK be sufficient to kill all these narratives? One can only hope a wave of realization rises up like a tidal wave and people finally wake up. As it was put on Berenson's twitter timeline, if the evidence is clear (and it is) that vaccinated individuals are getting the virus, carrying the virus and transmitting the virus, where is the rationale for making this anything but an individual choice? Unfortunately, the reality is actually the opposite of the narrative, the vaccinated will drive the oncoming waves as asymptomatic spreaders and will force mutations, quite possibly to a more virulent virus.

Hello from Alabama non-vaccinated zone 3, Central Division. While I deeply appreciate Queen Ivey's concern for my health and well-being (sarcasm of course) I shall remain in defiance. That Overton Window can't close fast enough as far as I am concerned. I truly have had enough.

And for non-Alabama folk here I can tell you I do not believe she knows her state at all. I have not worn a mask at all only times were to take Dad to Dr. visits and even then I refused to wear it "correctly". I wish I had been in the majority but I was not.
Now however I hope and pray my fellow Alabamians will have more spine. Only 30% of us is death jabbed.
