 Here It Comes

@Auldsnu. A couple of people I know who got the jabb and vaxx did so with the full understanding that it would lessen the severity of the illness. They would not become as sick if they were to become ill with COVID. They knew they could still get sick and they knew they could transmit the virus to others. That (lessened severity of illness) was good enough for them.

These folks are now spouting the need to get booster shots on a regular basis. That, too, apparently is just fine by them. Of course, all of this new science turns everything we have ever known about vaccines and immunology on its head, but say what, it's 2021 and this is brand new technology. Shake my head.

The question of "what's the point then?" did not even phase them. There is no logic, reasoning and/or critical thinking to be found. I let it go.

At this point, I am not going to tell my jabbed friends about the nasty consequences of the vaxx. There apparently is nothing that can be done to reverse the effects. I view these folks as not long for this world. If I have to say anything, it will be along the lines of "unfortunately the vaxx doesn't work against the evolving mutations and variants" and "I am so very sorry you are sick." "Is there anything I can do to help?" Then I will go home and take my prophylactic mix of vitamins and supplements. What else is to be said?

Finally, with respect to the letter you sent to your Archbishop, I hope you get the response you hope for. I was wrong to project my negativity, disillusionment and past "less than stellar experiences" with the leaders of the Catholic Church. For the sake of those you are striving to protect, I hope your Archbishop does the right thing. I wish you all the very best in your endeavors.
