@Uwe: I think it's still too early to know how high the vaccination rate will go. Some proportion of those not vaccinated are adamantly opposed (most everyone here seems to fall into that category). However, a lot of people who haven't taken the plunge yet are just moderately concerned about possible side effects, afraid of shots in general, or don't perceive themselves to be at risk. I would expect that coercive measures like what we see ramping up could and will lead to a lot of them being vaccinated.

If it gets down to 10%-20% of adults who are holding out the dynamic could shift in favor of something like passports.

Adolescents with myocarditis briefly made it into the mainstream media in a way that had not happened with older people, even though CDC's own presentation showed elevated myocarditis rates among vaccinated men up into the 40s. If they approve vaccinations for younger kids, six-year-olds having heart attacks will probably get more attention.
