I've done the same thing for almost 20 years. I get yearly blood tests with LabCorp through Life Extension.

I haven't needed to see a doctor since early 2015. He was such an ass I wanted to put him through the wall. The average Western doctor knows essentially zero about proper nutrition. All they want to do is order tests and prescribe pills in order to run up the bill. The word "cure" isn't even in their vocabulary.
