Karl, I was the lead technician for an Atlanta telecom reseller in the late 90's. They wouldn't give me the raise I was "promised" so I gave notice.

Two weeks after I left, the two techs that were working under me also left for better paying jobs. They were practically begging me to come back. My answer was, "So sorry. I already hired on with your main competitor in town for the money you wouldn't pay me and they're 20 miles closer to home."

In the current environment I wouldn't hesitate to walk if an employer tried to push the non-vax on me. Glad to be self-employed at this point.
