I am at the place of the Serenity Prayer
What can I change? What am I unable to change? I ask for the wisdom to know the difference. We can each do our part in our little corner of the world. If enough people take action in that manner, there will be a cumulative effect And it will have a significant impact. I did a lot of soul searching before I wrote my resignation letter. It was the right decision and I recognize there are others who may not be a fortunate as I am. I had some financial cushion. Not everyone does. The irony of the entire situation is that I could literally have an equivalent job beginning next week if I wanted. The moral of the story: don't fuck your nurses. We are not a dime a dozen and after the mandatory jabbs from these large hospital systems, there will be a lot fewer of us. Idiots all.
