Hospital workers were always a major vector with this and other things.

Now it is worse. If things go a certain way with non-sterilizing immunity and/or mutations exclusive to the vexxed, the hospital workers could be a super-spreader vector.

Well, if we go all ancient in some great fall of modernity, there was always an untouchable class.
