You might want to double-check your math. A normal does is 0.2 mg/kg. That's a factor of 125, not 1000.
180 lbs = ~82 kg. If 25 mg/kg is an LD50 does, a 180 lb person would reach it by ingesting 2045 mg, call it 2 grams; a far cry from 4 lbs.
However, the Pony Paste Posse need not worry. A full tube only contains 113 mg, so a 180 lb person would need to consume the contents of ~18 tubes to reach LD50.
