The hazard to business exposing themselves to liability has to be seen as part of the bigger picture. If the purpose of all this is to hasten an economic collapse and cover up the true origins of it from excessive debt then it is a bonus not a bug to destroy businesses. It's a brilliant way to shift responsibility not only in the courts - but they may think that will be what history records.
