Orangemanbadeh, San Ysidro land crossing is wide open. Just park near the mall and walk to the old main pedestrian crossing (east). Chaparral is closed.

I've been three times in the last month, doctor and dentist. No lines in or out. They do take temps and masks are everywhere. Farmacia right outside Mexican immigration and many others are open. These are officially "essential" destinations, no problem on US side either.
