It seems you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. This protocol is exactly what I'm using (though sometimes I am slightly inconsistent). I learned it here on the TF.

Many thanks Karl for stating it so clearly AGAIN. Oh, and yes, apart from two minor, brief 'colds' I've been healthy. My allergies are such that they are pretty constant but religious use of Quercetin makes an unbelievable and immediate improvement.
