I've been here for years. I'm about 75% compliant with HFLCMP. I brush with xylitol. My cardio & resistance training could use improvement.
Had bloodwork 2 days ago, they called me asap; Doctor says I'm at elevated risk for stroke/heart attack because my cholesterol is "A little high.." and thinks statins will be helpful
I objected, but his office is so busy, I won't be in again until February. I should be well armed with info by then.
With the lab numbers, I could use some improvement, but I ain't interested in their poison pill
