The lowest point last night was 19. This was a crappy night because I'm about to start my period (consistent pattern) and ran yesterday until lactate got me (consistent pattern). The average was 41, which is several points lower than other times in the month.

You might want to see what it's really measuring. Or you've got a medical problem. Or maybe that's normal for "couch potato" activity level.
