I'll add on to what @Patrick58 says....exercise, outdoor or otherwise. Anything other than just sitting around. I'll freely admit the covid bullshit completely knocked me off my routine for about two years, and in those two years I pretty much physically (and a bit mentally) went to shit. Back at it now on the regular, and with summer coming I'll be practically living outside keeping up the house and landscaping, soaking up all the vitamin D I can get. Just getting physically active has made a huge difference to me, physically and mentally. And quitting all my Rx meds, throwing off the big pharma chains, helped alot too.
Just try to do something, anything, every day according to your ability. Challenge yourself a bit at times. Anything but sitting on your butt. It works.
