Eh, the EKG is particularly useful if you got vaxxed. It will detect a block if you know how to read it a good part of the time, and THAT can lead to vFib which you would otherwise have no warning of. And its a hell of a lot cheaper than a cardiologist.
As good? Probably not. But the point here is to not need or want said doctor, particularly "need" because, well, that's going come down around your ears so.... yeah.
HRV is a game-changer. I know of nothing else that's anywhere near as sensitive and it makes identifying things that ARE fucking you up without you realizing it rather simple with a bit of effort.
