And even though I cannot rise to your level of intelligence a deep overarching background was not necessary. People just need to pay attention and think for themselves. Early on you could read the labels for facemasks which clearly read that such a device was NOT effective in preventing disease transmission. EVERY package so stated. Yet people are sheep and obviously didn't read what they bought. And it was months before those labels were changed for EUA reasons. How many thousands of labels stating the obvious, whether you are a subject matter expert or not, were ignored? This alone should have ended the scaredemic in its tracks. Full stop, no more crap.
