I recently read that Russia was able to target soldiers in western Ukraine because their cell phones were hacked into. Uh, if you have a cell phone that is ON and you are in a war zone, you are a fool. Your cell phone emits RF. I wouldn't even trust a cell phone that is turned OFF.

No one who is fighting in an active war zone should have a cell phone in their possession unless they want to die.
