From my take assuming this document is real is not so much what people here will do (we know most dont care) but what will other nations do? If they didnt know about this then they have a very good reason to nuke DC, literally. The deaths and economic destruction done worldwide. If the rest of the world wanted revenge, the US and China could be ****ed big time.
