What is your opinion on Fetal Homicide? (IE When a Pregnant woman and fetus are murdered) Should it be split by gestation/development as well? Roe v Wade will affect those laws as well. 29 states have fetal homicide laws that apply to the earliest stages of pregnancy ("any state of gestation/development," "conception," "fertilization" or "post-fertilization") Let's say Roe v Wade is held, shouldn't those laws change as well?
