As VAERS appears to be the only common factor, we have to look at that first to see if we can find the cause of these anomalies.

I would not rule out other causes, but VAERS is the only common process, unless these companies are manufacturing their vaccines in the same factories?

But is this unusual or do other manufacturered drugs suffer this problem? Is there any way to know? You would think that quality is paramount in pharma, but maybe the FDA has dropped the ball on that as well.
