Karl, it could very well be! If GM has had tolerance stac9k problem in MACROscopic parts (eg Suburban engine) you do realize that when folding proteins (read mRNA) which are MICROscopic ... that issue is compounded x10^9 (nm in proteins vs meters in engines) ... and when FOLDING proteins that adds another order of magnitude.
So for mRNA any ignored tolerances in production line you could very well end up in a disaster as you packing waaaay too many or not enough if you do not really understand the issue.
If this is the case put a cross in mRNA technology and buy MRNA puts (lots of them)!
