It seems like I remember reading an article about Moderna and a disease they tried to use mRNA on and the article said they had dosing issues that had to do with the lipids and how to little didn't cause an immune response and to much was poison. The article said that the difference was difficult to control and the vaccine didn't make it past trials.

I searched a bit but can't find it. But maybe that is what is happening here?
