I was wondering how anyone would track all the variables from production storage, distribution, Etc. And that it would be a Herculean effort to do that to try and determine where issues might lie.

Knowing what those lot codes mean might be useful to know, especially if most of these hot lots are coming from very specific manufacturing plants, except that the issue is across all three manufacturers as you have shown.

Maybe all of them are using precursor supplies from a common supplier and the lot codes might tie that together, but impossible from the data that is available.

Very interesting idea about tolerance stacking and likely correct. Even if the problem was correctly identified and corrected, those that are hesitant will never trust these particular vaccines.

Just wait till the manufacturers decide that this vaccine should not be available by itself and it needs to be combined with something else Ala pertussis.
