@Oliver1655 - As others have noted the meters are all basically the same. I had one that was MANY years old (used on my father when he was on hospice) and the "lower priced" ones all look EXACTLY like it -- including the layout of the displays. The "fancier" ones just have nicer displays. I bet the actual algorithm and electronics are identical. They're CHEAP -- $20 or so -- and there's no reason to pay more as you don't get more.

@Eoinw - Macrolide antibiotics (Zpak and a few others) have immune modulating methods of action AS WELL as being useful against bacterial infections. Most other classes of antibiotics do not and likely are worthless against Covid. HOWEVER, if you get a secondary bacterial infection....
