Try to get a budesonide inhaler. Steroid.
It's on some protocols. Steroid helps during inflammation.
My daughter had Covid back in Jan. I think she felt better soon after the steroid. Hers was a pill.

Your oxygen still seems good, hopefully you turn for the better.
Sometimes you just kept coughing because your throats so raw from coughing.

Another over the counter thing is Pepsid, does something with monocytes and inflammation.
