Unless you're driving a convertible with the top down, UV exposure inside a car is minimal. The laminated glass in your windshield blocks over 90% of it. The single layer of tempered glass in your side windows is a bit lower but still offers substantial protection.
An easy empirical test: Find someone who wears "PhotoGray" glasses; they respond to UV. Check out how little they darken in a car compared to outdoors on a sunny day.
