How long until the Chinese do test-tube embryos and are able to detect which of the embryos have the best characteristics and then those are the ones that get implanted? Think of it, you get eggs and sperm from 160+ IQ people with good physical characteristics, then you pay the poor to carry those eggs to term. Maybe you even tell the poor you can have two or three kids if you let us pick the kids.

All it would take is one generation with a big surplus of 160+ IQ people for China to have the brainpower to easily dominate the world.
