When I lived in the silly valley I started calling myself Token.. cause well I was the token white guy on them. Only to full the full brunt of how much of the asian H1s would rather I not have been there.
Outside of the valley, most of the H1s I've met/worked with are at best seat fillers. Managing to get a masters really doesn't seem to equate to being a decent engineer.
