Bluto Posts: 3201 Registered: 2021-07-10 FEMA Region 4	Great post, TG. And to think I got a couple of "downvotes" for disagreeing with Ishmael's blog about "losing the covid war"... I think the next "big thing" for the competent and unvaxxed workers will be the ability to ask for and receive massive pay increases. So many of those "essential workers" did 4X the work they were hired to do, yet put up with 3% raises for years. Then they were threatened with losing their jobs if they didn't consent to get clot-shot raped. As a result, many competent workers hopped on the VIP train, yet are still doing 2X the work of an average employee, but making the same money. With the clot-shot war won, many of those workers are going to take note of these facts, and act on them. Specifically, asking for massive raises. Like 50% or more. It is a no-lose situation. Either your boss gives you the raise. Or he doesn't. If not, some of those workers will transition to RIP, thus lowering output even more. Others, especially if frugal with savings, will simply quit. If you are healthy, unvaxxed, and competent, you have your boss by the balls. 2023-01-14 11:57:06
