True that @Shadowmask; I removed 60lbs in approximately 9 months. It has remained off, and when I misbehave (e.g. cheesecake over the holidays) the 5lbs that are undesired disappear within a couple of weeks when I stop being stupid. 2023-01-11 08:17:01
