Food pyramid anyone? Underlying all this suffering is the low fat ideal put forth by the FDA. Keeps the people unhealthy and dependent on the medical system. Big sugar and big pharma benefit. We all lose health span, our years without ill health. Thanks for tracking this madness Karl. If only there were some way to fix the underlying mistake.
