I don't see anything on the sample to indicate citizen vs. legal resident, let alone whether the person in on the dole. I guess the election workers will have to look it up for each voter. But this would require an internet connection which is a bad idea for other reasons. Maybe the verification can be done before election day while compiling the voter roles? 2022-11-15 11:51:54
