@Thegreatunwashed Cruise ships are better understood as floating resorts. Much of the activity is within, not out in the sun. The pools, hot tubs, casino and dining areas are interior. Speaking as a redhead, I can easily avoid getting too much sun on a cruise. Perhaps the only key feature is the exclusion. Just like real estate, you are paying for the right of non-use. If the unlimited chow line wasn't 10 miles out to sea, it couldn't operate. 2022-01-31 16:58:35
