The last two times in the hospital (2 times in 10 yrs, in my mid 50s): - Mild skin infection became CA-MRSA- 3 lbs. removed from abdomen, survived (2011) - Pancreatitis become multi-organ failure, survived (2019) I am border Type II, no insulin. Stage 3 kidney failure due to supplementing protein powders for 30 years, controllable Got COVID in July 2020, sick about a day, survived Jan 2021- started exercise regime- haven't missed cardio a single day since (252 consecutive days) Got Delta June 2021, sick 4 days, survived After-upped my daily supplements to multi-vitamins + B12 and D3 NO VAXX... I will go to my grave beforehand Since Aug 2021, tweaking diet back to Caveman/Mediterranean (have to be careful with my uric acid), only white liquor, reduced carbs... upping weight training. Allergies= GONE Today- prepped to add (if I get COVID again) with Ivermectin paste (Amazon) along with Zinc, C, and B Complex We go out several times a week (dinner, concerts, etc.) ... no mask...
