We've all heard the stories of people feeling they are coming down with something, and they go workout or perform heavy physical work to "sweat out" whatever they feel is coming on. Others mentioned relatives wrapping themselves up in blankets, like in a cacoon for 24 hrs. and sweating the bug out. There is no reason this will not work for a Covid-19 infection too. An infection is an infection, and heat will cook it, just like you cook a meal, and kill any germs in the process. Whether it's a hot bathtub you submerge yourself in, or a jacuzzi spa, the results will be the same. Just make sure you don't fall asleep and slide under water being you are already sick and weak.
