There is a very simple answer to the Cancel Culture: work. Work by a lot of people. Just think of the amount of work Karl puts in in writing these posts, I mean just typing them besides whatever research he has to do. Have you got the wit, the temperament or the learning to do anything of the kind? Neither do I.

BUT, I can{/I] send a link or an entire article to, say, the owners of my apartment complex; to all the teachers in the local parochial school, to everyone in the Oregon Health Authority Department of Public Health, to the Archbishop, to his counsel, to 150 newspapers. Just yesterday the maintenance man in our complex told me that the owners had read it and were very pleased by it, and, O, and did I mind if he forwarded it to a few people?

In short, we can get the word out. It is not a problem in the least. We do not need Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. An hour or two, or far less, of such activity every day on the part of those here who have a little bit of time to spare. We all have email, the internet and life-saving, nation-saving info. If others are inspired to do anything of the kind, we may light a fire . . .

But if you (pl) think we can't, then of course we can't. But, if you think we can . . .
