My employer is still threatening to can people if they don't get vaccinated...and the people who do get the jabs display it like a badge of honor...like the fools who post pics of their vaccine cards on social media.

It's just getting worse....maybe because I have found myself in the heart of the swamp here in NOVA...but in just about every work related meeting people do an around the room and ask about vax status. This includes outside agencies we do business with. I remain silent. But silence is a dead giveaway.

The company is making plans to return to normal since they are tracking everyone's "status." Already we have pro-vax co-workers saying things like "When we return to work, how will we be protected from "THOSE" people....you know the people who aren't vaccinated?" And they say it with such disdain.

HR, senior management, sponsors, co-workers, front-line managers, and now even travel and finance all have access to our vaccine status and records..and track where people are in the process.

I have written our legal counsel with my concerns...as have others...but she said it comes "from the top" and the BOD has approved this course of action.

I assume that since raising my hand and talking against recent actions I am now being monitored very closely.

I just remain silent as I have started to look for other work. I pray I leave on my terms not theirs. But when I do leave...I decided to burn this bridge big time.
