If we can't rely on the PCR testing to be at least reasonably accurate, we're screwed. And those "efficacy" numbers Pfizer is touting become even more questionable. I sure hope they only counted someone as coming down with the disease if they both had symptoms and had a positive PCR test. And even if that is the case, as Karl pointed out, you could have some folks who were false positives and got sick, with a flu like illness that was NOT Covid, yet got counted as such in the study.
