Ads215: Yes, I'll respond. No, it doesn't surprise me. Too many pivotal decisions in the United States have been made under subterfuge. I do know why this is, but can barely explain it, without being mocked and ridiculed for it. Research helps. Look at defining moments in U.S. history, and the resultant actions.
