Fat chance politicians will ever adopt that, how else can they get up and say vote for me I'll save you. The limited knowledge I have of physics/engineering is, nothing is random but the economy/society doesn't work that way so the elite can control, steal and conquer for themselves. That would explain why all empires/nation collapse.
