One thing that absolutely must also be enforced is that any company/person providing access to communications can not have anything invested into the AI arena in any capacity.

Violate this rule expect to have all corporate and private assets seized and serve a 50 year prison term without parole. Somebody dies then every executive is executed too.

This stuff is that dangerous. I would put out bounties for heads of foreign actors engaged in this crap.

Still our greatest enemy is the government intent on using it against its own citizens.
