Since the other organizations mentioned are all in it to fuck over other countries populations, loot their resources and rape/murder their kids, I'm OK with him telling them to fuck off too. The WHO seems to have proven themselves desirous of constant deep throating the CCP at the cost of the rest of civilization. So they can fuck off, too.
