I will miss the Ticker in it's current form. Though not a frequent commenter, Ticker is one of the first sites I read every day. I appreciate the level of control kept over the comments. Some like Zero Hedge or Reason have good posts, and the most ignorant, inane comments possible. You would never find that here.

I will miss Karl's insight into the financial and political happenings in this country. I agree with most of what he has to say, but lack his ability to put it into cognizant words. I agree with the general strike, but doubt the US is ready for that yet. Most still have it to good, or are to wrapped up in their I - everything electronics.

Karl, I hope you find you can relax and enjoy yourself in your self-imposed new life. I think you might find it harder than you think, that mind of your's will not stop. Good Luck.
